Happy New Year

I created this blog a few years ago and have never really kept up with it. One of my 2012 goals is to work on blogging more and more. I think one of my biggest reasons I have not blogged continuously is because I am not the best at writing, but here it goes. I have several other goals for 2012 and they are as follows :

1. Keep a record book of my day to day riding
2. Work on being more organized in the barn and at home
3.  Save up money for my very own horse trailer.

2011 was a great year but I didn't get to compete like I would have wanted too. My riding is going to be a key focus for the 2012 year. I have been riding JJ continuously and it is showing every day by the flexibility in her body and the soar feeling in mine. My legs are getting a huge work out and I am working on riding with more leg and less hand.

This year will be great for your horse stuff, your at a new barn and you can actually start working towards your goals and not putting everyone first (which is good but you need to do stuff for yourself) you'll start to like blogging once you get used to it... well i am...
